Terms for USDT settlement
Operational terms for AnyPath balances, BSC deposits, payouts, holds, and retained financial evidence.
This page summarizes the settlement-specific terms that apply when you use AnyPath. The complete Terms of Service remain available on the AnyPath website.
Balances and settlement
- AnyPath settlement is denominated in USDT.
- Successful shared-route usage posts the buyer debit and route-provider earning through the same idempotent accounting flow.
- Pending requests, reviews, and payouts can reserve funds. Reserved funds are not available for new spend or payout.
- A displayed balance or pending movement may change when an authorized reversal, reconciliation correction, or dispute resolution is posted. Existing ledger evidence is not overwritten.
BSC deposits
The BSC rail is not currently enabled. If enabled later, AnyPath accepts only the asset and network shown in the Billing deposit instructions: Binance-Peg BSC-USD (symbol USDT) on BNB Smart Chain Mainnet, chain ID 56, at the displayed contract. You must verify the complete address, network, contract, and amount before sending. Unsupported assets or networks can be permanently lost.
A transaction being visible on-chain does not mean it has been credited. Credit occurs only after its block meets the approved finality policy; the receipt is successful; the selected token contract’s exact Transfer event and destination ownership match; two independent BSC data sources agree; the amount converts exactly into the platform ledger; and observer freshness, risk, and reconciliation checks pass. Ambiguous, fractional-ledger, or unmatched deposits can be placed in suspense for review.
Payouts
Payouts can require a passkey step-up, balance reservation, risk and policy checks, operator approval, rail-health checks, and sufficient treasury liquidity. AnyPath can delay, reject, cancel, or release a payout before broadcast. A blockchain payout cannot be reversed after broadcast.
Changing or recovering payout security can temporarily freeze payout authorization. This cooling-off period protects the account after a passkey enrollment, revocation, or recovery event.
Account deletion and financial evidence
Account deletion stops route service and removes or anonymizes eligible personal data. It does not erase immutable ledger, deposit, payout, reconciliation, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, or legally required evidence. Those records remain under a pseudonymous financial-party reference for the applicable retention period. Pseudonymous records are not anonymous or non-personal data when they can still be linked to a person.
