AnyPath Terms of Service

Last updated: July 19, 2026

Welcome to AnyPath.

These Terms govern your use of the AnyPath website (https://anypath.dev), the Console, and the route services. By using AnyPath you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Services AnyPath provides

AnyPath is a route network for user-owned official API key and cloud credential routes. Every route is published as shared capacity under the platform's unified pricing rules. The services include:

  • Supported API families: Chat Completions, Responses, Anthropic Messages, Images, and Gemini /v1beta
  • Route registration, encrypted credential references, lifecycle status, risk review, and health scoring
  • Request records, request history, privacy protection, usage summaries, and audit tools
  • Shared channel pricing set by the platform as a multiplier against reference model-shared-route prices
  • USDT balances, holds, provider earnings, and, when enabled, AnyPath-operated BNB Smart Chain deposit and payout status for the selected Binance-Peg BSC-USD contract

2. Account and security

2.1 You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials, API keys, and model-provider credentials secure.

2.2 You are responsible for:

  • All requests sent through your account, API keys, or connected routes
  • Making sure your connected model-provider credential is valid and has sufficient upstream quota
  • Complying with the upstream provider's terms of service

3. Routes and sharing

3.1 All channels are shared channels that serve API callers at platform-set prices. AnyPath does not offer a private, owner-only channel mode.

3.2 Shared channels are open to other users at platform-set prices. The platform allocates traffic automatically based on availability, latency, and route health.

3.3 After successful shared-route usage, the provider receives 95% and AnyPath keeps a 5% service fee.

3.4 You can disable or remove a shared route at any time, but a route cannot be switched into a private mode.

4. Settlement and payment

4.1 All settlement is denominated in USDT.

4.2 API callers fund their USDT settlement balance before using shared channels. Successful usage is deducted from that balance.

4.3 Current BNB Smart Chain deposit and payout availability, fees and limits are shown in the console. When available, provider earnings may be paid out through the selected Binance-Peg BSC-USD contract (symbol USDT) after the required security, risk, liquidity, rail-health, and review checks pass. This asset carries Binance-related issuer, custody, and peg risk and is not represented as a Tether-issued BSC deployment.

4.4 When the rail is enabled, AnyPath may reserve, review, delay, reject, or hold deposits and payouts when required by risk, reconciliation, sanctions, security, liquidity, or legal controls.

4.5 You must verify the asset, network, full address, and amount before sending a deposit or authorizing a payout. Sending an unsupported asset or network may cause permanent loss.

4.6 Blockchain transactions are irreversible after broadcast. A detected transaction is not final account credit until its block is finalized and the successful receipt, exact selected token-contract Transfer event, destination ownership, independent node cross-check, exact decimal conversion, risk, and reconciliation evidence all pass.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful activity
  • Abuse, attack, or attempt to disrupt the service
  • Resell or transfer account access
  • Submit false or fraudulent credentials or transactions
  • Violate the upstream provider's terms of service

6. Service changes and termination

6.1 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

6.2 We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms.

6.3 You can request account deletion at any time. Your routes stop serving traffic and unsettled balances remain subject to the normal settlement, review, and payout procedure.

6.4 Account deletion does not erase immutable ledger, deposit, payout, reconciliation, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute evidence that we must retain. We delete or anonymize personal identifiers where possible and retain financial records under a pseudonymous financial-party reference. Pseudonymous records are not anonymous or non-personal data when they can still be linked to a person.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty.

7.2 We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of upstream providers.

7.3 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyPath's aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the website, the Console, or your account email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
